Here are some more projects from this last/this year!
Steampunk in a jar
Made it for my cousin who also loves Steampunk
The bottom had to be busted open to fit the piece of clock in side
Also made a octopus bottle
The tool I used is like a needle with a little ball on the end of it to form the suction cups
The color didn't seem right to me so I used nail polish to make it a different color & to make the octopus look wet
(Much better right?)
Made some molds from some keys so that I can use them for other crafts
Finally finished the Steampunk lamp in my living room
(Got some gear stamps & metallic inks on clearance)
It was hard stamping the lamp cover due to the fact that it's plastic covered with fabric but I made it work
My mom gave me these earrings & keychain to paint
(Forgot to take before pictures)
These button art canvases are really easy to make but it takes allot of time to get the buttons on
The first one I hot glued the buttons on & the second I sewed them on
First: buy canvas, fat quarter of fabric, & buttons
Second: lay fabric over canvas & hot glue to the back
Third: plan your button letter/design, stencil/mark it & hot glue/sew on
My husband got me a dress form & I've got an amazing Steampunk outfit in the works
My friend showed me a new way to paint nails by blending colors, it takes time & practice
I painted my eye shadow to match
(Yes I mean paint: you get a little paint brush, you dip it in water & paint it on)
(It goes on smoother, brighter, & you can blend colors better)
Chose some charms & gears to put on my new glasses
(Just used super glue)
Saw this fabric at the store I work at & thought it would make a great bow tie for my husband
My husband decided to feed the VW Bus' engine his favorite scarf, he was just fine but his scarf had some nasty tares & rips. Found this fabric at my work & tea dyed it to match the scarf, put the brown fleece on the back to hide the seam lines.
